BIM POLISH PROSPECT Conference was held in Gdansk on 9th June 2016. Hydroinvest participated in the conference as an honorary guest.
Topics and designs concerning BIM system implementation in Poland were discussed. Higher quality designing, reduced number of errors incurred during construction and developer project implementation, better cooperation among separate business entities – these are the most important advantages of utilizing BIM, pointed out in the ‘BIM Polish Prospect’ report, presented at the conference.
The conference chairmen talked over (among others) the designs of Hydroinvest Company employing components of BIM. Thereby we have become one of the first (if not the first) companies in Poland that has begun BIM implementation in hydraulic engineering business.
The ongoing project implementation of Lipki hydropower station reinforced concrete structure was done in a form of 3D model.
